Unused TravSim eSIMs may be eligible for a refund within 12 days of purchase if the QR has not been installed or activated.
How refunds work
Submit a request via support with your order ID. Approved refunds typically return to the original payment method in 1–3 business days.
Not eligible
Activated or partially used plans, partner wholesale orders (unless agreed separately), and promo redemptions where stated as final sale.
